I have always serviced our vehicles at Anchor Buick. Since it was changed to IG Burton and it was my first time this year my experience started really bad. I was dropping off the keys for the next day appointment and the office was still open at that time. When I got there, the lady service advisor instead of getting the keys from me advised to get the envelope outside and drop the keys at the door when she could easily take the keys from me. The reason she said they were preparing to close. Seriously? But everyone was still there and the computers were still on. That is really bad customer service and very inconsiderate since it was also raining outside. The next day, I picked up my vehicle. I have to wait for 30 mins since they misplaced my paper and keys. My vehicle was handed to me with the air filter cabin still unassembled , all of my stuff in the compartment are out and the hood was open. I have to call back the advisor and ask why it was incomplete. I am not sure if everything is done correctly. Really not impressed with how things were done this time. Hope they can improve and be more customer centric. That was really not a good first impression IG BURTON. Do better next time or you will lose clients.

Arrived for appointment and verified what was to be done on vehicle at service desk. Vehicle was taken and service was performed, during service I was informed of a dirty cabin filter (by advisor Melanie and a video of dirty filter) and I was asked if I wanted to replace filter (I agreed). Service took a bit longer than I expected but I was sure the multi point inspection and other items requested were done thoroughly and my vehicle was in tip top shape and clean on the outside. Everything was explained with paperwork by advisor and payment for service was fast and easy.

Salesman and finance we're okay but I was at the dealership way too long arrived for my scheduled appointment at 9:00 a.m. and didn't leave the dealership with my truck until 3:00 p.m. they supposedly sent my new truck, which is already clean, to clean up for whatever reason I stood around waiting 2 hours when I got the truck back it didn't look like they had done anything to it even the window sticker was still on the truck. Secondly there was a piece of loose trim on the brand new truck, things happen, they supposedly took the truck over to the service department and they were going to look at it right away, I waited almost an hour before they even looked at the truck I'm buying a brand new vehicle they should have taken it immediately.
